Today was a day that Tom called "Mental Health Day" him and I called in "sick" we did nothing but lay in bed all day. Well, we got up to make breakfast and then back to bed we went. It was awesome.. No kids so it was super peaceful. I had to get out of bed about 12:15 to take a shower and get ready for my interview.
Speaking about my interview. It was awesome. It wasn't actually an interview, as she said it, but just a little get together to refresh her memory of me. Since I interviewed before Thanksgiving she just wanted to talk. Well, the position I will be hired for is a supervisor's position! I am so excited. She said she really liked me and thought I interviewed really good last time that when this new position came up, she wanted me to have a shot at it. Thanks to the great reference I have at McGraw-Hill, and no it's not Nikki, but a big wig down there who comes to Jazzercise! And the lady who interviewed me and several others said she has a real impact on the new hires. So hopefully, I will have good news in the next couple of days! She asked how soon I would be able to start and all that, so it's looking good.
Enough about that.. tonight I have to play volleyball at 6:00 at Courtside. Tom and I worked out a little this afternoon and I also learned a new Jazzercise song. Right now he's making supper and I'm blogging and watching General Hospital! Back to the grind tomorrow.
