A picture of the family (minus Brandon, he decided not to come home after school) we all wore John Deere shirts!!
My friend Alice made this for Cooper. She did a fantastic job and loved doing it!! We were going to have people write a special message on it but decided not to. I can't wait to show Cooper this as he gets older!
My friend Julie came over early to help decorate and brought Cooper a gift. It was a JD tool belt and hat, too cute. She also got him some JD sippy cups. He's not a big hat wearer, he likes to take them off, but he seemed to like this one.
I am not the best picture taker, I get held up with everything and I forget to take pictures but I did capture a few.
Tractor and Tire cookies for all the guests.
JD sippy cups and crayon rolls for the young kids and JD stadium cups filled with candy for the older kids.
The party favor table!
Tom, Linda and myself made oreo balls last weekend and just kept them in the refrigerator. They are too die for! Linda decorated the basket.
The silverware was wrapped and put into an Easter basket that was a tractor! Awesome find at Hobby Lobby!
The birthday cake and smash cake!
Uncle Luke came to celebrate!! We were so happy to see him but sure missed Steph and the kids. They were there in spirit though!
Cooper crawling around waiting for the party to start.
Let the party begin! We had a wonderful turnout, lots of family and friends. We made sloppy Joe's, Tuna and Egg salad (it was Friday during Lent) we also had Linda's homemade mac and cheese, a relish tray, chips and dip and mom brought Papa Murphy's cheese bread. Everything was so good!
Gavin had fun playing with Copper's laptop.
Then it was time for cake!! Cooper didn't really know what to think of it but I know he thought it was yummy!
After cake we got cleaned up, Gavin joined us in the tub (again no pictures) but they loved taking a bath together. It was time to open the presents! Cooper got new JD jammies (again, no good pictures) LOL
He got so many nice gifts. He got a sand and water table from The Hendricks' to play outside with, if it ever warms up. A picnic table from all The Ryan's and lots of other toys and cloths. We are using the money we got to get Cooper a wagon! We want a good one with big wheels to take camping with us so we can pull him around in!
We tried getting a picture of Gavin, Cooper, Ryan and Taylor, this was the best we got.
The next morning, I was way hungover thanks to my brother for keeping me up and playing pool with him until 3am!! But this is what Tom took, Cooper playing around his toys!
Micayla got Cooper these boots, they are so adorable!
I had so much fun planning Cooper's birthday, it's amazing what you can find out there. Thanks for everyone's help and for all the wonderful gifts. Cooper sure if spoiled and super blessed! He is the light of my life!
And Tuesday is Cooper's one year pictures and I can't wait! I have a special John Deere outfit for him and he gets to smash another cake!!
