25 Weeks

Today I am 25 weeks pregnant!

Pregnancy highlights:

Size of Baby: Baby H now weighs about 1 1/2 pound about the size of a rutabaga and measures 13 1/2 inches long from head to heels! And I can sure tell in my belly. 

Total Weight Gain/Loss: +6 since my last doctors visit putting me about +11 pounds all together

Baby's heartbeat at last visit: 146 BPM

Maternity Clothes: YES

Gender: We are having a BOY!

Movement: Finally I can say yes. It's the most amazing thing. I'll be sitting at work and all of a sudden I'm like "wow that was the baby" and it puts a big smile on my face.

Sleep: I've been sleeping great! I'm still getting up about once a night which isn't too bad but I've been able to fall back asleep. I hope I didn't just jinx myself.

What I miss: Probably my energy, I can't seem to move like I used to. I get so excited about Christmas shopping and when I'm out and about it only takes about one store then I'm pooped.

Cravings: Still just seem to be hungry all the time.

Symptoms:Nothing really, but finally feeling him move, that's the best symptom of all, even if it isn't a symptom. Oh and maybe forgetfulness! I have to write everything down because if I don't I won't remember and I never used to be like that.

Best Moment This Week: Finally feeling the baby move, I can't wait to tell Tom and hope the little guy will move for him. Also, I got my bedding this week. I'm super pumped, now I just have to find a bed, that's on my list to do in the next couple of weeks, there are so many out there and I'd rather not buy online but you have to with most baby furniture. I'll be posting links and pics soon so I'm hoping for some feedback.

I'm so excited for the holidays and spending time with my family. I can't believe 2011 is almost coming to a close. But I'm ready for 2012 and all that's coming it's way.
