I'm just so excited about my new blog page I can't help but blog!
Today was a good day at work, nothing out of the ordinary other than a couple department meetings. I went to lunch with my friend Jenny Harrington, she works at MGH too, she's been there for over 10 years I think, but we went to Crust, it's a new restaurant in the former Bricktown restaurant, it was pretty good, the best thing about the meal was the appetizer they give you, they're bite size bread bites soaked in garlic and drizzled with Parmesan cheese and marinara sauce for dipping, they were super good and it was included with the meal. I ended up ordering a chicken and bacon wrap and Jenny had a french dip, she said it was OK and mine was OK, but the homemade chips that came with it were awesome especially dipped in ranch! The parking is not the best but what do you do? Tom's mad I went to a new restaurant with out him, but I'm sure dinner is so much different.
After work I taught Jazzercise, I put in 2 new songs and I think everyone liked them. I know my mom is going to love the one song, she's been after me to put it in my set. I finally got the video to watch so I learned it last night. So Monday Mom will get to Jazzercise to Mercy by Duffy. That's her favorite song.
After Jazzercise I met Tom and his parents, his Grandpa, Sandy and Boner at Buffalo Wild Wings, they had everything ordered before I got there when I got there I was ready to eat. I'm always starving after Jazzercise and BWW is always so good, I love there Honey BBQ, french fries and onion rings, everything that's NOT good for me.
On my way home I stopped at the Shoe Shack to get some new insoles for my Jazzercise shoes and since they were having a big sale I decided to stop out. They were packed but I got 25% off my purchase so it was well worth it. The only is they didn't have the ones I use so they had to order them but that's OK, I don't need them right now.
So now I'm home watching the Bear's game, the dishes are done and the kitchen is clean and it feels so good to be relaxing. It seems like I've been running all weekend. I'm so glad tomorrow is Friday. I can't wait for the weekend to start putting up our Christmas decorations.
