Gourmet dinner at Mom and Dad's

Last night we were invited up for a "special" dinner. I can't even pronounce what we ate but it wasn't too bad.

First was our appetizer - I don't remember what this was called. But it had a slice of tomato, spinach (I think) and mozzarella. But not sure what the sauce was. It was cooked in the over and it tasted pretty good.

Very different but we all liked it. I told mom she really needs to get back on her feet and if you've noticed in a few pictures she is doing a little walking with her boot! Yeah!!!
