Cooper's projects!

Wow, ever since Cooper moved up to the big kids room, Wippersnapper Way, he has progressed so much and one of the things I love is he brings us home little surprises.

Back when I first had Cooper, I went to a craft show with mom and one of the things I bought was a magnet where you can just push a piece of paper into the slot and it hangs there, no magnet to put on it, just slide it up and it sticks, they are best! Anyway, a lady at the craft show had them and she would draw or write on them. I thought it was the cutest thing and on it she wrote "look what Cooper did" with 2 little hand prints in the middle. The cutest thing ever and I couldn't wait until I could hang something in it. So since my magnet was getting pretty full, I had to get some pictures of all his projects he's been doing.

I am going to start from one of the first projects. I am going to start writing the month, usually the girls at daycare write the year.

Here is his first one!

Easter 2013!
Love his little hand prints!

A leaf! Boy can he color.

And for Dr. Suess month he brought this home!

I love seeing how much they interact with Cooper. He seems to love daycare and I'm so glad we chose ABC Learning!

Muffins with mommy

Last Friday, I know I'm waaaay behind, I got invited to Cooper's daycare for "Muffins with Mommy"! It was so sweet and sure made my day.

Here is what I see when I walked into Cooper's room..

Cooper sitting in a baking pan, it was so funny. The girls said he's been sitting in there for a long time. My boy is going to be a baker!
Then he saw mommy and smiled! Melts my heart.

Before snack time, all the kids had to wash there hands.
Looks like Cooper loves to get his hands washed. I think he just likes to play in the water.

Muffin time!
The kids all sat around the table.

Ms. Whitney handed out everyone's milk and muffins. Look at Cooper staring her down!

And we're all done. Cooper was looking for seconds and when he was the first to be done, one of his teachers said "yeah, Cooper's one of the first ones done with snack/lunch" which did not surprise me one bit, this boy likes loves to eat!

After we were all done, the kids had a special project they made for there moms. It was the sweetest thing, especially since this is the first handmade thing that Cooper made me for Mother's Day. I'm sure there will be lots more to come.

I swear if Cooper would have given me this while I was alone with him, I probably would have seriously cried! I did tear up, but went to look around and thought, come on Rach, get it together. LOL But darnit, it's so dang cute! As I have a tear in my eye just looking at it now.
